This column is professionally tig welded using Chromoly material for weight reduction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBolting to factory mounts, installation is also a breeze. This column has a welded plate that safely separates the cabin from the engine bay for fire and fume protection. All columns come powder-coated Gloss Black.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur steering column utilizes a split collar locking design to secure the shaft from the bottom, along with a welded washer on top. This creates a safe option as opposed to press fit bearing options on the market that can heat up or work themselves loose, leaving drivers with a potentially dangerous situation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncludes the Motion Raceworks 5\/6 bolt SFI quick release at no extra cost! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdd a Grant steering wheel, our very popular steering wheel buttons, and a steering shaft and u-joints to connect to your factory box.
